Linda Fitzgerald, COO, Cheetah
Learning
Accelerated Learning methodologies were
developed over 40 years ago and have been used effectively to speed learning
in a wide variety of fields. The same techniques that can be used
to speed-up learning, can also be used to speed-up projects. This presentation
gave an overview of accelerated learning concepts and how they can be applied
to projects and project management. It engaged the audience in a
“high-impact”, 100% hands-on, fast-paced, accelerated project management
simulation so they experienced the concepts first hand. The
attendees participated in a risk analysis for an investment club.
It involved everyone and was very provoking.
The seminar is as effective for groups
as small as 10 and as large as 250. It gives participants a good
understanding of the tools needed to design their projects for speed.
Through the unique instructional techniques used in the seminar, participants
develop the knowledge and confidence to insure they are aware of how they
can get their projects done fast, on budget, and meeting their customers
requirements.
