PCI Global blends technology with leadership
skills learning to provide “hands-on” skill building. Instead of
dry lectures, cases and CD-ROM’s, PCI courses are built around Computer
Simulations of projects, operations, sales offices, work groups or business
segments. Each simulation-based course teaches the key business,
project management and people/team leadership skills needed at each level.
Computer simulation compresses 4-6 months of real world experience into
2-3 real time days and provides immediate feedback on results so people
learn to increase productivity, service-quality and profitability the way
adults learn best from the results of their own actions. The PCI
Curriculum uses Technology-Based Leadership Development, a blend of face-to-face
computer simulation seminars, on-line pre-work content and on-line application
tools to achieve highly motivating, realistic and practical training that
can be immediately applied on the job. Course offerings range from
introductory level Project Management to a Project Management Professional
(PMP®) Exam Preparation Curriculum, and web deployed project management
courses for beginners. All courses are aligned with the Project Management
Institutes (PMI) Project Management Body of knowledge (PMBOK®) guide.
PCI Global is a charter REP (Registered Education Provider) for the Project
Management Institute with 11 years of experience teaching project management
to Fortune 500 companies in the USA, UK, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
