Abstract

By analyzing customer requirements simultaneously with the processes, the potential risks, all embedded into an analytical but still very practical framework, illustrated with 3D interactive multimedia is not just a professional approach to PM, but also a great selling tool, because it works for all and saves big on projects that are completed ON-TIME and at the required quality.
