'5x5 Approach'. This set of best practices identifies five specific

Mr. Sides has been a PMP since 1999
and has over 20 years in IT, domestic and international Program and Project
Management, and Business Process Improvement consulting across multiple
verticals, including Financial, Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications,
Automotive, and Transportation. He is a specialist in developing and implementing
PMOs, project, program, and portfolio process improvement programs, project
management curriculum creation and delivery. Additionally, he is a developer
and trainer in OPM3 ProductSuite; and will be certified as an Assessor
and Consultant this month. David is also a Creator and facilitator of a
highly-successful PMP Prep Program that has produced over 150 PMPs.
