Wendy Blumenstein - Managing Principal, Momentum Partners, LLC As a Project Manager or Team Leader, to create and sustain high performance, your work must go well beyond typical project management. She is a catalyst for the development of business, people and organizations. Her work focuses on achieving bottom-line results through design and implementation of improvement strategies. Ms. Blumenstein has proven expertise ranging from consulting on management issues and resolving organizational challenges to implementing strategies that accelerate performance. She has worked with leaders and teams from diverse cultures including Asia, Latin America, Europe and the US on building high-performance in the midst of continuous change.
