companies are looking for in their people today. In today’s complex business
environment, project teams often provide the business results for their

Wendy Blumenstein brings 28 years of solid
business experience to her mutely-professional practice. She is a catalyst
for the development of business, people and organizations. Her work focuses
on achieving bottom-line results through design and implementation of improvement
strategies. Ms. Blumenstein has proven expertise ranging from consulting
on management issues and resolving organizational challenges to implementing
strategies that accelerate performance. She has worked with leaders and
teams from diverse cultures including Asia, Latin America, Europe and the
US on building high-performance in the midst of continuous change. Ms.
Blumenstein has a Masters Degree in Adult and Organizational Development
from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania
State University.
