Bob Zeh
The presentation’s theme and content is
based upon business accounting metrics which focuses on direct and indirect
costs. They are both fairly dry topics in work venues other
than manufacturing and construction. Yet, optimum staff utilization
is a true cornerstone of the project management discipline. This
applies to all project managers. PMs need to know where there is
available capacity to pursue additional projects. It is critical
for PMs in the project trenches to pay attention to staff utilization.
Project leaders and program administrators can contribute greatly to accomplish
this goal. During the presentation, Robert Zeh will include information
about practices and ideas on how to include/implement project staff utilization
measures.

This year PMI NJ Networking sessions will
alternate between speaker presentations and networking practice.
This month in Edison we will have a brief presentation about "elevator
