Edie Commodaro
Starting her career with Bell Laboratories
and continuing it with Johnson & Johnson, Edie Commodaro brings
over 25 years of executive experience in Human Resources. Edie began
her career in the talent acquisition area, recruiting highly sought-after
scientists for senior positions in research and development. She subsequently
expanded her expertise to include experiences in organizational development,
policy development and deployment, leadership training and and organizational
effectiveness.
Edie has progressed through various Human
Resources assignments with the Johnson & Johnson family of Companies.
Working in both the Consumer and Pharmaceutical sectors, she has held
positions of increasing breadth and responsibility. Edie has worked
as business partner to executive management of several divisions, sitting
on the Management Boards of the Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics
Company, The Johnson & Johnson Baby Company and the the Global Leadership
Teams in both the Finance and Global R&D divisions of the Corporation.
She has led the human resources activities supporting significant change
initiatives within the Consumer Sales divisions involving the consolidation
of internal Sales forces as well as integrating the Sales organization
of the largest acquisition made by the Corporation.
Recently, Edie has been pursuing her passion
of executive and career coaching. She is certified through the Pennsylvania
State University Smeal College of Business in the Sherpa coaching model.
She coaches executives in the private sector as well as young adults in
the area of workforce readiness.
Edie holds a degree from Fairfield University.
She has trained with Marshall Goldsmith and the Center for Creative Leadership
on 360 degree feedback coaching as well as with Judith Colemon and Brenda
Corbett, authors of “The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching.”
Currently, she is President of BC Coaching Resources, LLC which operates
in both PA and NJ.
Lloyd Feinstein
Lloyd has been a full-time career consultant
and adviser for the past 21 years to the serious minded career person with
an emphasis on mid-level and senior management executives and entrepreneurs.
During this time Lloyd has co-authored Career Changing: The Worry-Free
Guide, published by Little, Brown & Co. and articles for the Wall Street
Journal's National Business Employment Weekly.
Previously, Lloyd was Director of Human
Resources for Oppenheimer & Co. on Wall Street and Director of Human
Resources for Cadence Industries Corporation in West Caldwell, NJ. He holds
a B.A. from Kean University and an M.A. from Rutgers University.
His structured methodologies are based
on 24 years of counseling clients across all industries and disciplines
including accounting & finance, manufacturing, information technology,
telecommunications, non-profit, self-employed, services, apparel and transportation.
Based in Murray Hill, New Jersey, his
areas of specialty include: counseling and coaching all levels of job and
career changers, “targeted resume” preparation-his specialty, interview
training, salary negotiations, and all aspects of the job search process.
He also has extensive experience with both corporate and retail outplacement.
He joined FENG in May of 1999 and is a
frequent contributor of articles on managing the job search process. He
is an accomplished and regular speaker on career management topics throughout
the New York metropolitan region to alumni associations, professional and
trade groups, and church-based self-help groups. One of his goals is to
build strategic partnerships with mid-level and senior executive support
groups.
Joe Polinsky
Joe Polinsky has 20 years of corporate business
experience in coaching, training, recruiting and other human resources
functions. He also has extensive managerial experience in logistics,
purchasing and finance. Although his experience has been in the telecommunications
industry, he has worked for both very large, well-established companies
as well as new start-ups. He is currently a Career Coach at Lee Hecht
Harrison (LHH), a global talent management solutions company. Immediately
prior to LHH, Joe was Director of Recruiting and Talent Development at
a startup company which was developing software for a new solution in telecommunications.
Joe has conducted workshops and seminars
throughout the United States for all levels of employees from entry level
management through vice president. These workshops were primarily
in the areas of recruiter training and candidate selection.
He was an adjunct professor in the Department
of Management and Marketing at Monmouth University during 2001 and 2002,
where he taught courses in human resource management and logistics.
Joe received an MBA in Management, with
a concentration in personnel, from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham
Park/Madison, NJ. He also holds a BS in Business Administration from
King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Dr. Justin Schakelman
Dr. Justin Schakelman is an entrepreneur with
15 years of experience in growing organizations to reach their intended
audience with their products and services. He has a significant brand development
background with a focus on helping companies hone their value propositions
to create a cohesive, influential position in their respective markets.
Dr. Schakelman recently joined Careerminds, a national provider of recruiting
and outplacement services, to apply his brand development strengths to
the world of outplacement services. He has a passion for helping companies
and individuals achieve their goals by unlocking their unique potential
for success. He holds a doctorate from the University of Delaware and resides
in Delaware.
