PMINJ members to support their personal and professional growth and promote
exposure to career and business opportunities.
Description
The PMINJ Career Networking Local Interest
Group (CNL) was established to facilitate business and career networking
among PMINJ members. The CNL's goals are to provide additional networking
opportunities to PMINJ members in the form of networking events, educational
forums, and professional development opportunities. Each month a
structured networking event is produced with elements of speakers, panel
discussions, job announcements, networking sessions and interactive workshops.
Our meetings occur on the same date as the PMINJ Chapter Dinner meetings.
Registration starts at 5:15 and the meeting starts promptly at 5:30 pm

Women In Project Management (WiPM) Specific
Interest Group is focused on improving global recognition of the project
management profession by demonstrating the influence and contribution of
women. While the membership is primarily female, we do have a few good
men who are also members. WiPM provides a virtual forum to learn
and share both skills and experiences through its Yahoo group community,
publications, exhibitor events and educational programs. Chartered since
1995, it is the 5th largest PMI virtual community (of 33 SIGs total) with
over 2,700 members worldwide.
