in Project Management. The main objectives of the program are:

A comprehensive coverage of the PMI publication,
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), 4th Edition.

An intensive review of Best Practices in the
management of projects as a project manager or team leader.

Preparation for the PMP Certification Exam.
The certificate program includes case studies,
numerous team breakouts where real situations are examined and solutions
found, and sample PMP exams with discussion of correct answers. We
also distribute a text that includes outlines of all subjects discussed
and articles on associated topics. Courses fulfill the requirement
for contact hours needed to take the PMP exam. Courses are:
Planning for Project Success, Planning Quality in the Project, Identifying
and Managing Project Risk, Managing Project Teams, Negotiation and Contract

Stevens Institute of Technology creates new
