This Introduction to Agile lays out
the basics of Lean and Agile and the Scrum framework. Stakeholders
of development projects will gain a high-level understanding of Agile principles
and mechanics that will improve their interactions with the Agile development
teams. Influencers to the success of development projects will also
gain a high-level understanding of Agile principles and mechanics and thus
improve their contributions to Agile development projects.
