Abstract

Don Warkentin will explore the ‘art’ of influencing without authority in business. We will explore examples of well-known leaders and how they were able to achieve results through influence, regardless of challenges faced.

Using Dale Carnegie’s time-tested Human Relations Principles, he will describe how to motivate and influence others to action. You will leave with practical ideas that can be implemented immediately in the workplace to influence others, gain cooperation and get things done.
