Abstract

To survive the disruptive outside forces lurking around practically every corner, you have to stay on top of your game and be a step ahead of competitors. A belief has taken hold within business that Agile was a founding pillar of startup success and this technique can be leveraged by mainstream businesses to accelerate change within more traditional organizations. Technology and project teams are faced with a challenge of how to inject new life in their projects while increasing morale. Adding to the frustration is that most project teams and organizations have an ingrained culture around familiar methodologies and sees Agile as a threat to their expertise and way of life. In a way, it is but it is also a doorway into a trend that is in high demand. Every tool has a purpose and advantage if you can correctly determine whether the tool is appropriate and the expected value is sufficient based on the costs. This event will share with you insights in how to deliver results—cutting costs and time to market, while increasing application quality and customer satisfaction.
