The PMI New Jersey Chapter
PMP Examination Preparation Course (PMP Prep) provides
attendees with the information that will help them pass
the PMI PMP Examination. PMP Exam Prep is an overview
of project management as outlined in PMI's "A Guide to the Project
Management Body of Knowledge - Fifth Edition".
PMI uses specific definitions
and interpretations that, while correct, are not used
by all companies. The course relates such definitions
to other usages of the terminology so that students know PMI
definitions and how they relate to their understanding.
Typically when people fail an Exam section, it is often in an
area they know. Thus, it is important to focus one's studies
on PMI's expectations.
The class is intended for those individuals
who have done nearly all of their preparation for the
PMP Exam. It is a high-level comprehensive review of
all the PMBOK knowledge areas to get you focused before the exam
and it is expected that students already understand the basics
of all the knowledge areas.
You will earn 20 hours
towards the 35 required hours of training for PMP eligibility.
schedule provides the start and end times for the days.
Each day will have a 45 minute lunch break. The program
is taught by a team of experienced instructors, each presenting
modules in their field of expertise.
The schedule of topics may change due to availability
