| Anita Dhir, President, Mehira Enterprises
Managing tradeoffs is the hallmark of a
successful project manager. 'What is important for my project' -
an important question that the project manager must answer when making
decisions. The ability to balance stakeholders needs while assessing
stakeholder tolerance levels provides a project manager with the framework
to discern acceptable versus non-acceptable risks. Too often, project
managers are not aware of the tradeoffs that they need to consider while
making decisions. Furthermore, they do not recognize the factors
that should be taken into account while defining the project direction
and approach. In this session, we will discuss and explore:
How to deliver quality at reduced costs
How to improve customer satisfaction while maximizing your project ROI
How to control your project process and resources without micromanaging
