Sponsorships
The Project
Management Institute New Jersey Chapter accepts support
from organizations who have an interest in the promotion
of project management education and networking. For organizations
who wish to show their support for project management and
gain exposure to more than 4,500 PMI New Jersey Chapter members,
PMINJ offers two categories of sponsorship:
Monthly
Program Meeting Sponsorship:
Consecutive
monthly program meetings which will recognize them as the program
sponsor.

- Opportunity to hold prize drawings
if the sponsor chooses
- Opportunity to address the attendees
andannounce the winner of the prize drawing prior to the
beginning of the meeting and 3 to 5 minutes promotional opportunity
NOTE:
- PMINJ will not retain parallel
sponsorships. (There will only be one sponsor per
monthly meeting)
- PMINJ will support the same or
different sponsors for the main and LCI meetings in a given
month.

of Interest (LCI) Program Sponsorship
PMINJ supports
several Local Communities of Interest (LCI) that may
or may not be associated with Communities of Practice (CoP).

Organizations that have an interest
in supporting these LCIs should
review the information below. As a sponsor, your company
name, products, and services will be put in front of
New Jersey's business leaders at the monthly LCI meetings. Attendees
are project professionals and executives that represent
a diverse set of industries. Your organization will be promoting
the value of the PMINJ mission, “Building Professionalism
and Excellence in Project Managers,” and supporting the continuing
education of the latest trends, topics, and ideas in career
networking, management and project management.
The Sponsorship Program
for the LCIs is designed for organizations seeking to support
the activities throughout the year and be recognized for their
contributions throughout the term of their sponsorship. The LCI
Presentations/Meetings are held immediately prior to the PMINJ
monthly program meeting.

Break Promotion

- Acknowledgement signs with company
name at entrance to the serving location.

Lanyard for
Badge Promotion includes (does not include Exhibitor sponsorship):
- Vendor supplies a lanyard with
company name or logo to be provided to all event attendees
with their event name badge. Note: Lanyards must be delivered
to event location 3 days before the event.
- Listing in Proceedings materials
distributed to all attendees.
- PMINJ web page listing with company
name, logo and a short description of Vendor’s services or product
offerings (provided by vendor).
Bag Promotion
includes (does not include Exhibitor sponsorship):
- Vendor supplies company name
or logo to be included on the bag given to all event attendees
upon check-in; PMINJ logo will also appear on the bag.

Thin Folder Insert
includes:
- Deadline for receiving vendor information
is 6 weeks before the event.
- 8 ½
x 11 page with your company’s advertisement on it will be inserted
into the Thin Folder for the day of the event and given to all
attendees.
- Sponsor must provide print ready
copy for duplication.
- 20 lb. SFI certified no-bleeds

Advertising
PMINJ offers
various opportunities to advertise services and/or products
to members of our chapter.
Advertisements are
paid announcements to announce or promote your company and/or your
company’s products/services on the PMINJ website or in the PMINJ Newsletters.
The location for the ad is based upon price paid and determined
by PMINJ representatives. Acceptance of advertising by
PMINJ does not imply endorsement of your company’s products or
services by the Project Management Institute or by the PMI New
Jersey Chapter.

varies with duration on site, and includes all taxes. Discounts
are offered for repeating the ad for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months,
as noted below.
For ads that are
greater than 3 months, the 'ad' (graphic or link) can be changed a
maximum of once a quarter. Example, a 6 month ad could be changed
once.

Anyone interested
in posting an ad on the PMINJ website, should contact

The ad should be sent to this e-mail address in GIF or
JPG format (225 x 75), plus the link to use.
When to send an ad
Ads can be
sent at any time. However, if the ad is time-sensitive, deadlines are
important. PMINJ will make every effort to post the ad
in a timely manner. Duration of the ad on the web site will
be measured from the day it was posted.

When to send a newsletter
ad
Ads can be
sent at any time. However, if the ad is time-sensitive, the
deadline for each newsletter is the 5th of the month of
publication. Material arriving after the deadline will
appear in the next issue.
