Abstract

Team Operating Guidelines (TOG) are a simple, yet extremely powerful tool available to the project team leader that can be effectively applied during project team start-up and as a viable method of helping a project in trouble get back on track.  The speaker, George Selin, shared the straightforward techniques and specific tools he has used successfully with a wide variety of clients to dramatically improve their project performance.

Bio

George T Selin is the President of Project Performance International (PPI), a global consulting firm specializing in the improvement of project performance.  Over the past eighteen years PPI has assisted over 105 client organizations spanning twenty industries in twelve countries across five continents.  Mr. Selin has spoken at numerous national and international conferences including the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Project Management Association (IPMA) and American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).  He is also a former president of the Atlanta Chapter of ASTD and a member of the ASTD Regional Board of Directors.
