Abstract

As a Project Manager or Team Leader, to create and sustain high performance, your work must go well beyond typical project management. The skills and practices that generate the energy to motivate a team to perform at peak levels are key leadership skills that companies are looking for in their people today. In today’s complex business environment, project teams often provide the business results for their companies. Executives depend on their teams to produce outcomes within an allotted timeframe. When Team Members deliver a great outcome, you will find an energy that carries the project. 
This presentation will give attendees practices that create and sustain high performance. Participants will (key objectives): 
  • Learn about the key drivers of high performance
  • Find out what motivates a collection of individuals
  • Hear real work examples that illustrate these practices
  • Have an opportunity to identify practices to generate and sustain high performance in their teams.

Bio: 

Wendy Blumenstein brings 28 years of solid business experience to her mutely-professional practice. She is a catalyst for the development of business, people and organizations. Her work focuses on achieving bottom-line results through design and implementation of improvement strategies. Ms. Blumenstein has proven expertise ranging from consulting on management issues and resolving organizational challenges to implementing strategies that accelerate performance. She has worked with leaders and teams from diverse cultures including Asia, Latin America, Europe and the US on building high-performance in the midst of continuous change. Ms. Blumenstein has a Masters Degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University.
