Abstract

In 2010 Gartner predicted that by the end of 2012, 80% of organizations involved in software delivery will be using Agile practices. In this non-technical workshop, Nitin Khanna, ACP and Agile LCI Chairperson, will provide an introduction to Agile and an overview of Scrum which is among the most popular in the Agile framework for software delivery today.

 This workshop will also discuss how Scrum relates to the PMI-ACP and what PM’s preparing to take the ACP can do to prepare. The presentation may also include a look at a simple case where Agile techniques have been adopted.

Nitin is a PMINJ member.  He has established the PMINJ Agile LCI. 

Nitin has been using Agile practices before he even knew of it.

 Today, he is in a Scrum team acting as an Agile mentor and a Scrum Coach.   He has formal training and certification in Agile Team Coaching and now certified via the International Consortium of Agile (ICAgile).  His LinkedIn profile.
