Abstract

 What is the difference between diversity and inclusion? How do we tell? How do we prepare and manage for it and with it? The Manager should be able to leave this workshop with a more open and objective mindset that is inclusive differences and not just comfort.

Bio:
Clarissa B Gilliam has been with Berkeley College for eight years. She is currently the Sr. Director of Talent Management & Associate Relations. This includes overseeing recruitment & onboarding, talent management, compliance and employee relations for Berkeley College.

Clarissa’s career crosses most functions of Human Resources. Her expertise includes providing human capital, diversity, talent acquisition, employment law, organizational development, training and employee relations. These experiences include providing human capital expertise at companies such as American Express, MTV Networks, Avaya and New York Life Insurance.
