PMI New Jersey Chapter
PMINJ 2019 April Agile Discussion Group
Wednesday, 24 Apr - 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Webinar

Topic: How to leverage Scrum Values to help your Team(s) identify and resolve issues between local and remote teams?
Time:  6 to 7:00pm

Description:
This meeting is setup to provide the platform for great follow-on discussions to the Philosophy of Agile presentation that Bob Phillips and Nitin Khanna will be sharing at the April 16th PMINJ chapter meeting where agile values and principles are described as the foundation for agile teams. To expand the values discussion further, Bob will describe the five (5) Scrum Values (Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage, and Commitment) that were added to the Scrum Guide in 2016.

Using agile values as a guidepost, Scrum Values were created to be the foundation for the Scrum team's processes and interactions. During the presentation, each value will be described and then examples will be provided that can be used with your teams. Bob will share questions that he uses to enhance transparency for each value that helps his teams discover where issues may reside and determine ways to resolve them. To get the greatest benefit, your teams must be aware of and commit to embracing and working with agile and Scrum Values every day.
