Abstract

Thought leaders are predicting Agile practices will eventually become the norm… but why? Are executives just trying the latest trend, or is it because agile teams really do perform better at delivering business value?

During The Philosophy of Agile, Bob Phillips and Nitin Khanna will share their experiences to help us understand why more organizations are tasting the flavors of agility, and why some implementations can be disastrous. Are you heading towards disaster or corporate bliss?

Enabling agility requires changes throughout the organization, and the support of everyone involved.

Participants shall leave with:

  • A better understanding of what Agile is and isn't.
  • How Agile values and principles are built across different frameworks.
  • Patterns to start identifying for use today and for reinforcement tomorrow - boosting morale, working less, and accomplishing more.
  • Hear stories about how your hyper-productive and struggling teams can embrace agility through Scrum.
