Bio:
TBI has provided IT and Management Consulting services
for both public & private Fortune/ Global 1000
organization for the past 44 years. Mr. Goldman has been
with the organization 35 years and has led the consulting
practice since 1985.
While recognized as one of the pioneers of the IT
Outsourcing industry, over the past 15 years Mr. Goldman has
led the company into additional areas of competency
including: IT, HR, Finance & Accounting department
assessments, implementation of the consequential redesign of
these areas, development of Shared Services models for these
departments; consolidation evaluations and implementations,
IT organizational change management and implementation of
Program Office, Vendor Management and Governance principles
for both insourced and outsourced environments.
Stan has a substantive and varied information technology
background. He has designed outsourcing strategies for
countless major corporations, helped implement strategic IT
plans, built a world class IT measurement practice, and
created a unique business in supporting the post-outsourcing
environment. His company offers a unique life cycle of
services which enable complex organizations to evaluate,
implement and manage change.
