Abstract

Workplace fears rarely top speaking to the C-suite. By combining public speaking, being rejected, and feeling inferior, the situation is rife with stress. This session will provide tools for PMs to embrace as appropriate to make their personal experience more successful. We will explore the executive need for decision-making as their primary job. By leveraging your personal brand, preparation, and storytelling any project manager can be empowered to communicate effectively at the highest levels.

Bio:
Jim Ewing has over 25 years of project management in various industries. Currently, as a project management consultant for Integration Project Management Co., he has been working with an international organization to improve Portfolio Management maturity. He is a certified project management professional and holds an ITIL certification. Jim is an experienced trainer, presenter, and performer of improvisational acting.
