During this session Nitin and Bob will share items that you should consider when you are starting or working with an agile team. Items covered will include:
  • Setting the correct expectations for Team Members and Stakeholders
  • Meeting cadence
  • Three ways of introducing agility
  • What self-organized teams really means
  • Psych Profiles for teams
These tips will be useful to ensure you setup things correctly and can be used to review how your existing teams are doing.
