Now that everyone has found themselves working remote and no longer co-located it's important to ensure that the Scrum Events you Facilitate remain productive. This session is for people who are leveraging Scrum to deliver business value at the end of each Sprint. We will provide things to do and look for during the following Scrum Events:

• Sprint Planning
• Daily Scrum
• Retrospective
• Sprint Review

Our focus will be Scrum Events but the techniques provided could help if you are working with teams leveraging other Agile Frameworks.
