PMINJ 2020 Jun Meeting

Abstract

Rose Cook, CEO of The FlexPro Group, will lead a panel discussion of PMs in Life Sciences. They’ll discuss the business impacts of COVID-19, including the types of initiatives that have been elevated in importance. These include programs in Product Development as well as Supply Chain Optimization. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about how to prepare yourself for a PM career in Life Sciences.

Bios:
Rose Cook is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of The FlexPro Group, a Project Management consulting firm for the Life Sciences industry. She is responsible for the firm’s overall vision and strategy. With the firm’s strength in project execution, FlexPro has been instrumental in accelerating new product development and optimizing supply chains for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.

Rose is a graduate of Rutgers University’s College of Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to FlexPro, she held various technical and managerial positions in large corporations including Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, and Nabisco.
