PMI New Jersey Chapter
PMINJ 2020 June Professional Development
Thursday, 04 Jun - 7:00 - 8:00 PM

The Disciplined Agile (DA) process decision toolkit provides contextual advice on how to approach developing, delivering, and evolving solutions that delight customers and stakeholders, all within an agile enterprise.

This Introduction to DA will highlight some of the principles and practices that are at the foundation of DA. We will discuss the ideas behind having multiple delivery lifecycles as well as explore the various DA roles and responsibilities of individuals on the teams and around the organization.  We will discuss how DA differs from other “frameworks” with an understanding that context counts and choice is good.

You will come away with a better understanding of what DA has to offer and why it is powerful as a tool to help transform organizations to greater business agility.
