Abstract

Do you want to take the next step in your career journey but don’t know where to begin?  Do you feel ‘stuck’ in your current position with no one in your organization supporting your career goals and aspirations?  Do you know you could take on a leadership role if you only had the courage to step out of your comfort zone?

Our keynote presenter, JT O’Donnell, is a guiding force behind many successful career navigations. She has 18+ years of experience in the development and delivery of executive-level career coaching and Outplacement Services and is the CEO of Work It Daily. She will offer tips and best practices to take the first steps in navigating your career.

The panel discussion will provide guidance and actual stories from two project managers who took a chance and successfully moved to new organizations with expanded / diversified leadership opportunities.  From networking, to navigating the hiring and interview process, Terry Seamon, executive career transition consultant, will offer tips on ways to grow your career.

We look forward to your active participation during the Navigating Your Career event as well as in the ongoing activities of Empowering Women in Leadership LCI.
