Webinar

Portfolio management is an emerging field in project management, and unlike the counterpart in finance that focuses mainly on investment choices, project portfolio management requires much more hands-on involvement.  As a field of study, project portfolio management has been around as far back as the 1960’s. But few professionals practice it and even fewer practice it comprehensively. Worse, there is also a wide degree of discrepancies between the world of academic research and how portfolio management is actually practiced.  This presentation is based on a current research (Portfolio Management Landscape Study and participants can get involved too – see below) and the goal is to improve our understanding and practice of portfolio management.
