Abstract

A straightforward approach with implementing an ISMS program is better than trying to do it the “formal” way. You will learn to combine a Defense-in-Depth and Defense-in-Breadth approach that works for your company culture. Whether you have a multi-million-dollar budget, shoestring budget, or even no budget. There are things you can do to help mature your organization through the implementation of an ISMS program. The trick is to be “Agile”. The last step is to document your processes in a formal presentable, plain English, non-technical, short and concise way, that others can understand and reference.
