Topic: How Agile Anti-Patterns can generate undesired consequences for your Team and Organization
Time:  6 to 7:00pm

Description:
What is a Agile anti-pattern? Definition from Wikipedia:
An anti-pattern is a common response to a recurring problem that is usually ineffective and risks being highly counterproductive.
At first they may seem harmless but if unchecked they could end up harming your agile adoption by thwarting a team to self-organize. We will be using a deck of Anti-Pattern Cards that have been published by Adam Weisbart along with Miro to share each card to discuss typical things you may encounter which may include things like:

  • “We can never get in touch with our Product Owner”
  • “We don't have to plan now that we're agile. We do stuff on the fly.”
  • “We’re in a hurry, we'll do QA after the Sprint.”
These are ineffective solutions to common problems that usually result in undesired consequences.

During this session we will discuss over 20 agile anti-patterns and understand who can resolve them so that you can help your team and organization avoid these traps.
