PMI New Jersey Chapter
PMINJ 2022 Jun Agile Discussion Group

Presentation
Wednesday, 29 Jun - 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Topic: Let's Experience Lean Coffee!

Description:
For our last PMI Agile Discussion Group before the Summer we will follow the Lean Coffee format where you can bring your questions and share your ideas with our group. Here’s an opportunity to witness or participate in a space where there is no set agenda or topic! Bring whatever you would like to discuss in the world of agility – we add it to the evolving backlog, use a process and order the topics and talk them thru.

Lean coffee offers some creative spontaneous way of engaging with your peers and other agile enthusiasts!

NOTE: In order to participate, we will be using a freely available Trello board (online).

Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15PM for any additional questions.

The attendance at the ADG meetings have been steadily increasing as members recognize the quality of the programs and as we raise the cap on the number of registrations that we allow.  At a recent meeting, we had our highest number of attendees with 92 participants.  Therefore it is very possible that attendance will exceed the 100 maximum attendees that our Zoom account allows and those who attempt to join the meeting may not be able to enter.

Therefore:
Please be aware that you are only guaranteed a seat once you have joined the webinar. Seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

This meeting will be conducted virtually using Zoom.  Your registration email receipt will include the Zoom session information.  To participate in this group, you will need the following:

  • Reliable Internet connection.
  • Web camera (self-facing). You are expected to use the camera and make yourself visible during the meeting.
