Abstract
Join our October Agile Discussion Group to share your Kanban experiences and maybe learn a few things about Kanban that you may not already be aware of. Nitin and Bob will share their experiences to help you understand how it could be leveraged by your Team(s). Understand why Kanban is not easier than using Scrum. Learn how Scrum and Kanban are both based on Lean and are considered Agile Frameworks. Discover the types of work that could be better suited for a Kanban or Scrum Team?
Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and
Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions
and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to
formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob
and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15 PM for any additional
questions.
