Abstract
Set up your team for success with a new or revised Working Agreement in 2023!
Research indicates that teams that invest in creating working agreements outperform those that do not. Working agreements can keep conflict in the team constructive but they aren’t just for teams experiencing problems – they are a key ingredient in making a good team great!
Join us and learn how to proactively manage conflict, define team boundaries, and take your team to the next level of performance.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session, learners will be able to:
- List the ways working agreements are linked to high-performing teams.
- Experiment with a research-backed approach to create working agreements
- Plan and facilitate a working agreements session for a Scrum Team
Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and
Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions
and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to
formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob
and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15PM for any additional
questions.
