Abstract

A recent Washington Post column argued that "Technology of the future shouldn't trap people in the past.". This article was discussing the harm that flawed algorithms and artificial intelligence applications might cause. We are fortunate that Randy Shumpert can help us navigate these turbulent waters by explaining some positive benefits of artificial intelligence.

While the adoption of Agile continues to increase in both public and private sectors, popular surveys show that many of the common barriers to the adoption of Agile persist. In this presentation, he will explain how artificial intelligence is being used to harvest the causes without violating the privacy and confidentiality of employees.
