Abstract

Given the growing popularity of Hybrid and Agile frameworks, you may be assessing the value of your PMP. As Enterprise Agile continues to grow at a rapid rate, how will you be impacted? This webinar explores the trends, the vast career opportunities and paths, and how PMPs are uniquely positioned to excel.

Achieving Business Agility is fraught with challenges, but as PMPs you have highly valuable skills, knowledge, and perspectives that can make the difference between success and failure. We will discuss the reasons that Agile transformations often fail or stall and how PMPs can contribute to the success. As enterprises transition to Hybrid, Agile, and Scalable Agile frameworks, PMPs have the deep understanding of the “As is” state enabling them to create more realistic and achievable plans. We will discuss how PMPs can use their much bigger toolbox to solve challenges and excel in various roles.
