Abstract

When you shrink the gap between these 2 questions, something powerful happens. When what you want to be known FOR is what you ARE known FOR, you create enthusiastic vision carriers that can't wait to spread the word about you. There are proven strategies that will help you shrink the gap by becoming FOR your members, FOR your Team, FOR your community and FOR you.

It's no longer about being the best IN the world. It's about being the best FOR the world.

Based on the licensed content in the book Know What You're FOR by Jeff Henderson, participants will have a better understanding of:
  • How to flip their messaging to make it more people-centric and drive better engagement for the organization
  • Why this is necessary in the post-pandemic world.
  • Understand and appreciate the value they want to be known for as well as the values the organization stands for as part of a interactive self-assessment during this session.
