Abstract
A recent Gartner survey shows that 70% of business transformations fail. Causes of this are shown and supported by surveys such as Digital.AI’s State of Agile 17th report, Scrum Alliance, PMI and others. This issue is what creates the demand for an automated solution designed for Agile Practitioners and Change Management professionals. We wanted to arm these professionals with data driven research and insight to guide their recommendations.
Leaders want better Strategic Alignment, Predictability, Process Improvement and Value Delivery. But many face significant transformation challenges. Again, that’s where the demand is for an innovative solution is needed – we call it GembaLytics. Gemba … go see where the work is being done and use that data to guide transformation decisions.
During this time together, I hope to explain how you in your role can use this tool to help your company overcome some of the challenges it faces. Adopting Agile is not an IT issue, it crosses organizational silos.
GembaLytics consists of five integrated components and built on the latest OpenAI release. We have trained our Machine Leaning Model (MLM) to focus on answering or providing insight into complex Agile adoption and business transformation issues.
