Abstract
For our PMI Agile Discussion Group we will follow the Lean
Coffee format where you can bring your questions and share
your ideas with our group. Here’s an opportunity to witness or
participate in a space where there is no set agenda or topic!
Bring whatever you would like to discuss in the world of
agility – we add it to the evolving backlog, use a process and
order the topics and talk them thru.
Lean coffee offers some creative spontaneous way of engaging
with your peers and other agile enthusiasts!
NOTE: In order to participate, we will be using a freely
available Trello board (online).
Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and
Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions
and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to
formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob
and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15PM for any additional
questions.
