Abstract
Machine learning is revolutionizing industries, and life sciences is no exception. This session delves into the potential of AI/ML to reimagine patient care. We will provide a foundational understanding of AI/ML, exploring its applications, essential tools, and project management nuances. Additionally, we will discuss the challenges and opportunities in successfully integrating AI/ML into life sciences organizations and projects. Join us for an informal “fireside chat” to uncover how AI/ML can drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) and their applications in the life sciences.
- Develop a conceptual understanding of AI/ML architecture.
- Understand diverse applications of AI/ML within the life sciences industry.
- Recognize key differences between traditional and AI/ML projects.
- Identify potential challenges and strategies for successful AI/ML adoption.
