Abstract
The objective of Sprint Review is to review and assess work completed in the Sprint. The Scrum team demos that work for stakeholders to get their feedback. Why Sprint Review can be stressful? How to overcome Scrum meeting anxiety?
In this session, let’s talk about strategies that are important for overcoming anxiety and managing stress:
- Learning to identify your anxiety
- Taking action to manage the anxiety by preparing for the demo
- Making the right decisions and understanding the business and audience at the sprint review
- Building a support infrastructure to manage your anxiety
Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and
Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions
and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to
formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob
and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15PM for any additional
questions.
