Abstract

The outcome of projects is closely tied to the management of communications, relationships, and deliverables among the various stakeholders within a single 'project organization' working together toward a unified vision for the end customer. Research conducted by the Construction Industry Institute (CII) shows that effective interface management enhances stakeholder alignment, improves real-time visibility, and proactively mitigates risks.

The Project Management Institute (PMI) recommends the synchronization of best practices to improve construction delivery by efficiently managing interfaces and creating the right environment. Active listening, collaborative planning, and a commitment-based management with a platform that can ensure information transparency are essential for fostering a sense of ‘project organization’ among all stakeholders. This webinar offers insights into how integrating various best practices can enhance interface management.
