Abstract
Project Managers are in the business of making change happen. The people impacted by those changes -- and sometimes the people tasked with implementing them -- can have strong reactions to those changes.
In this interactive conversation, we'll identify those reactions, explore the reasons people have them, and adapt some project management, Lean, and Change Management tools to provide options for dealing with them.
The goals for the session: leave with at least one new "aha" and one new tactic to try when you return to the office.
Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and
Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions
and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to
formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob
and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15PM for any additional
questions.
