Abstract:

- Build a practical "PM Toolkit" to support project managers in delivering with consistency and excellence
- Create and manage benefit realization plans and trackers—critical tools to maintain focus on forecasted benefits that often extend beyond project closeout

Marc Resch is a business consultant specializing in project, process, and change management, with a strong focus on driving sustainable change through strategic project investments. He’s thrilled to return to the exceptional PMINJ chapter, reconnecting with friends and colleagues who share a passion for advancing project management excellence.
Outside of his professional work, Marc has a deep interest in local history and an enthusiasm for international sports tournaments. He’s especially excited for next year’s World Cup, with the final taking place at MetLife Stadium — right in time to celebrate America’s 250th birthday. Here in New Jersey, many places lay claim to “George Washington slept here,” but in the case of this PMI event venue, it just might be true — we’re gathering in the heart of the Crossroads of the American Revolution!
