AI will improve productivity and drive innovation! As a Change Manager and former Project Manager Mary sees AI enabling us in many ways. For Change Managers, we will need to bring people up to speed quickly to harness the new behaviors, mindsets, and learn the new ways of working. This session is to help beginners learn about AI.
As a change manager, Mary helps people adopt change while reducing resistance, resulting in increased productivity, engagement, and return on investments, always focusing on the people side of change by improving user experiences. She is an independent consultant with
Change Management Pros
and consults at Fortune 500 companies.
She recently spoke about AI adoption at the PMINJ May 2025 Symposium and is leading a rollout of Microsoft Copilot to 25,000 users along with a ChatGPT launch. In addition, she has worked on 8 other AI projects that did not launch.
Mary’s success is attributed to her passion for creating and implementing processes, technology and organizational change to deliver transformations. She’s managed teams directly and indirectly, earning team engagement awards for her creative and human centric approach to managing others.

Mary holds an Advanced Prosci Certified Practitioner for change managers. She is certified in Project Management with a PMP certification and is also Design Thinking certified. In addition, she has an MS-IT and an MBA to deliver transformational results.
