Abstract

Whether you're just beginning your journey with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or you're a leader aiming to support and guide your teams through the AI learning curve, this session is designed for you.

In “AI Adoption & Prompt Creation,” we’ll explore not just how to communicate with AI tools effectively—but how women in leadership can strategically champion AI adoption in their organizations. You'll learn:
  • The AI Adoption Gap:
Why it exists, how it affects women, and what leaders can do to close it.
  • The Leadership Case for Learning AI:
How building foundational AI literacy enhances your credibility, influence, and foresight.
  • Prompt Creation as a Strategic Skill:
How asking the right questions and framing the right prompts is a powerful leadership act in the age of intelligent tools.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a foundational grasp of AI and prompt creation — and a leadership lens to apply it. You'll leave with practical insights on how to foster a culture of curiosity, reduce resistance to innovation, and lead with confidence in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Join us to ignite your curiosity, bridge the knowledge gap, and step forward as a confident, future-ready leader in the AI era.
