Abstract

Risk is inherent in change initiatives. We can’t predict the future with certainty.

In this interactive conversation, Larry Solow will introduce some traditional – and non-traditional -- risk identification and management techniques and tools. nherent in change initiatives. We can’t predict the future with certainty.

Tools:
We will be using a freely available Miro tool for this interactive session.

Based on survey feedback from our last session (Inspect and Adapt) we will ensure that there is more time for questions and discussion throughout the presentation. We plan to formally end the presentation and discussion at 7PM but Bob and Nitin will stay on-line till 7:15PM for any additional questions.

Speaker Lawrence (Larry) Solow is an organizational change and effectiveness consultant. He helps both profit and non-profit organizations focus on the people side of change. He blends certifications, concepts and tools from multiple disciplines, including Lean, Project Management, Agile, Complexity Science, and Change Management to address each client’s unique situation. He is a skilled presenter, facilitator, and published author.

Past clients include AlliedSignal, ATK, Cigna, Harley-Davidson, Inspira Health Care, Mattel, and USA TODAY.

Larry has presented at 12 professional or association conferences, including ASTD, SHRM, Project World, Project Summit, IAF and the 2025 PMINJ Symposium.
