Speaker:
Heather Williams is a Senior Consultant at Integrated Project Management Company (IPM), where she delivers expert project management and organizational change management consulting.
With over 17 years of experience, she has guided projects spanning system migrations, regulatory compliance, and large-scale business transformations. Prior to her current role, Heather held leadership positions at NASA, the U.S. Army, and Target Corporation, where she directed complex initiatives and fostered cultural alignment.
She is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) and earned her degree in Russian Studies from Penn State University.
Beyond her professional work, Heather actively volunteers, mentoring English learners and supporting disaster relief efforts.
