Abstract:
Negotiation is an essential power skill for project managers, because without it planning would be impeded.

In this webinar fundamental concepts are explored before negotiation is defined, the phases of negotiation are explored, common approaches to negotiating and an-in depth review of the rules of principled negotiation.
