Abstract

The future of leadership is being reshaped by AI — and women leaders have a powerful opportunity not just to adapt, but to shape how this technology serves teams, organizations, and humanity.

In this interactive session, participants will explore the invisible cultural patterns that often hold women back in leadership and technology, reclaim confidence and authority, and step into a new story of empowered leadership for 2026. Through reflection and chat engagement, this workshop creates a supportive space to shift mindset, build clarity, and strengthen leadership presence in a rapidly changing world.

Participants will also gain practical, role-based AI strategy designed specifically for project managers and operational leaders. You’ll learn how to identify high-impact opportunities using an AI Role Plan, understand how leaders measure AI ROI to build credibility, explore the AI Maturity Model to guide your growth, and design one simple experiment you can apply immediately. You’ll leave with renewed confidence, a clear next step, and a practical way to turn AI into a leadership advantage — without being overwhelmed.
